Uzbekistan Visa

In order to obtain a visa to Uzbekistan at the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Washington, DC submit the following:

Tourist Visa

  1. Original passport
  2. One filled out Visa Application Form typed in capital letters
  3. One color passport-size photo
  4. Payment: money order, company check or personal check made out to Consular Assistance, Inc.
  5. Return mail: self-addressed pre-paid envelope or $18 for FedEx delivery.

Visa fees and processing time:

7-10 business days  - $171.00
3-5 business days  - $247.00

Business Visa

  1. Original Passport
  2. A letter of invitation from Uzbekistan. Our Agency can provide a letter of invitation if you don't have one.
    Please Note: Business multiple or single-entry visas are issued only upon the confirmation received by the Embassy from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan. Formal written request for issuance of visa must be submitted by the inviting organization in Uzbekistan (Government office, Embassy or representative office, etc.) to the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan (address: 9 Uzbekistan St., Tashkent, 700029)
  3. One filled out Visa Application form typed in capital letters.
  4. One color passport-size photo
  5. Payment: money order, company check or personal check made out to Consular Assistance, Inc.
  6. Return mail: self-addressed pre-paid envelope or $18 for FedEx delivery.

Visa fees and processing time:

7-10 business days  - $171.00
3-5 business days  - $247.00

Transit visas (three months, double entry, up to 72 hours stay for each entry)

  1. Original Passport
  2. Completed Visa Applicatrion form typed in capital letters.
  3. One (1) color passport photo
  4. Visa and air-ticket to the country of destination
  5. Payment: money order, company check or personal check made out to Consular Assistance, Inc.
  6. Return mail: self-addressed pre-paid envelope or $18 for FedEx delivery.

7 business days - $65.00
3 business days - $100.00

In order to obtain a visa to Uzbekistan at the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Washington, DC submit the following:

  4. A letter of Invitation from a tourist company or a private person from Uzbekistan. The letter from a tourist company must be authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan. The letter from a private person must be issued by the local Police Department.

  5. Payment: money order, company check or personal check made out to Consular Assistance, Inc.
  6. Return mail: self-addressed pre-paid envelope or $18 for FedEx delivery.
